Q: Where do you get your stones?
A: I source my stones from reliable people. I have created relationships with mine owners in Nevada, I have access to incredible old stock stones from my 77 year old friend Jim, I purchase rough directly from mines, and I also purchase stones from other expert lapidary artists.
Q: Where do you get your silver?
A: I purchase all my silver from either Rio Grande Jewelry supply or Pepe Tools website. Both are excellent sources for high quality fine metals.
Q: Are your pieces suitable for everyday wear?
A: Yes, our timeless designs are created for both daily wear and special occasions, meant to be cherished for generations.
Q: How can I place an order?
A: Orders can be placed directly through our website by selecting your desired items and following the checkout process.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards and secure online payment options during the checkout process.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Production and delivery times vary depending on the item. Typically, handcrafted pieces ship within 7-10 business days (sometimes sooner). Shipping times will be confirmed at checkout.
Q: Can I return or exchange an item?
A: No, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Q: What if my jewelry arrives damaged or defective?
A: Please notify us immediately upon receiving it.
Q: Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?
A: Yes, all orders come in fun packaging perfect for gifting.
Q: How can I care for my Anointed By E.C. jewelry?
A: To maintain the beauty and longevity of your piece, avoid exposure to harsh chemicals and store it in a dry, safe place. Clean with a soft cloth as needed. I recommend Sunshine brand polishing cloths.
Q: Do you offer custom or personalized jewelry?
A: I open up customs from time to time. Feel free to reach out with questions.

Shipping, Insurance & Delivery Policy
All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FEDEX and include insurance and signature is required for delivery.
Insurance
Every package is insured for the full purchase value.
Insurance covers loss or damage during transit only.
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, insurance coverage ends. If your package is stolen or lost after delivery I am not liable.
Signature Required
Signature confirmation is required for all deliveries.
The buyer is responsible for ensuring someone is available to sign for the package.
If a package is marked delivered after signature confirmation, it is considered successfully delivered.
Delivery Responsibility
Orders are shipped to the exact address provided at checkout.
Once USPS, UPS, or FedEx marks an order as delivered with signature confirmation, responsibility transfers to the buyer.
I am not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery.
Claims & Disputes
By completing a purchase, the buyer agrees not to file a chargeback or payment dispute for items marked delivered by the carrier.
Filing a chargeback or dispute voids any claim of ownership of the items.
In the event of a dispute, I reserve the right to:
Provide all documentation to the payment processor
Share identifying details of the jewelry to recover stolen items
Permanently ban the buyer from future purchases
No Refunds or Replacements
No refunds or replacements will be issued for items confirmed as delivered.
Custom and one-of-a-kind jewelry is final sale.
