Agua Oro Pendant

$125.00

Agua Oro | Rare Variscite · Conscious Creators Source

Some stones carry a story before they ever meet silver.

This elongated oval cabochon is Agua Oro variscite — sourced directly from Ryan at Conscious Creators. Agua Oro is sometimes called “hat mine” material not because of its location, but because the entire known supply could fit inside a hat. That’s how rare it is. The color is that quiet, honeyed celadon unique to Agua Oro: soft sage green cells divided by warm golden-brown matrix, like something organic and ancient preserved in stone. There is nothing mass-produced about this material. It simply doesn’t exist in quantity.

The setting is hand-fabricated .925 sterling silver — a classic bezel with graduating silver granule beadwork framing the stone on all sides, oxidized to draw out every detail. The back plate is scalloped and stamped with the Anointed Ec.925 hallmark. The bail fits pearls up to 9mm.

A note on this stone: During setting, the cabochon developed a hairline crack. It has been stabilized and the crack does not affect the integrity of the pendant for wear — but it does make it imperfect. I believe even broken things can be beautiful. Sometimes what’s been mended is what makes something worth keeping. This pendant is offered at a discounted price of $125 in full transparency and full love.
