This stone stopped me when I cut it. That’s the only way to describe it.
This teardrop cabochon was hand-cut by me from genuine Royston Carmelita Mine turquoise — and if you know Royston, you know there’s nothing else like it. That deep teal blue bleeding into warm golden-brown matrix, earthy and rich and completely one of a kind. Psalm 104:24 felt like the only verse that could hold it. What a variety of things you have made.
Set in .925 sterling silver with a clean bezel that lets the stone do the talking, the band is hand-stamped with a repeating flower pattern that carries through to both sides. The back bears my maker’s mark, EC.925. The shank is adjustable to fit most fingers comfortably.
