There’s a story in this ring that started long before it arrived in my hands.
The top is vintage — sourced from my dear friend Jim — a piece that had already lived a life before I ever touched it. Rather than let it fade into a drawer, I gave it a new soul. The band beneath it was cast in cuttlefish bone, an ancient technique where molten sterling silver is poured directly into the cavity of a natural cuttlebone, capturing every organic ridge and texture the sea left behind. No two cuttlefish bone castings are ever alike.
Together, they became something neither could have been alone.
This ring is 36 grams of solid .925 sterling silver — substantial, weighted with intention, the kind of piece you feel on your hand. It carries that rare quality of looking like it has always existed, like it was waiting to be whole.
